　　“马可·波罗”就是这样一个为优秀的年轻候选人所设计的项目，给与他们在施耐德电气总部或其他国家的分支机构工作两年的机会。在过去的两年中，40位年轻的中国员工获得了赴海外工作的机会，在此项目中受益匪浅，国际职业生涯发展一帆风顺。
